Agreement entity
Legal entity: DemandOS. These terms govern your use of the Hook Studio Early Access service provided by DemandOS.
Service scope
DemandOS currently provides Hook Studio, a founder-demand module for structured profile capture, writing samples, hook generation, refinement, saved library history, and provenance. Broader DemandOS modules may be added later, but they are not part of the current purchase unless expressly agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Use the service only with content you are allowed to process. Do not use it to generate deceptive claims, impersonation, illegal content, spam, or content that violates another party's rights.
Output responsibility
Hook Studio helps produce proof-aware drafts, but you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. Claim limits reduce overstatement, but they do not replace legal, regulatory, or editorial review.
Trial, billing, and cancellation
Public signup starts a 7-day trial without collecting a credit card. During Early Access, paid continuation, cancellation, and refund questions can be sent to founders@demandos.pro before any paid continuation is agreed.
Availability and changes
DemandOS is in controlled Early Access. The team may change product behavior, pricing, or access terms as the product matures, but will not intentionally weaken user data protection or provenance controls without notice.
